Your agreement
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use Tap & Talk without a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these Terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of videos you create. You give Tap & Talk a limited licence to store, process, reproduce, and show that content only as needed to operate the service, deliver it to your private crew, create Memories, and investigate safety reports. Upload only content you created or have permission to share.
Zero tolerance for abuse
Tap & Talk does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post nudity or sexual content, child sexual abuse material, graphic violence, threats, hate, harassment, bullying, illegal content, spam, impersonation, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
Report and block
You can report a clip or member from the ··· menu. You can also block an abusive member. Blocking immediately removes that person and their content from your experience and sends a report to Tap & Talk for review. For urgent concerns, contactkanishk.chores@gmail.com.
Enforcement
We review reports and may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact relevant authorities. These actions may be taken without advance notice when needed to protect users or comply with law.
Private crews
Crews are invite-only, but members can still capture or share what they see. Do not upload sensitive material you would not trust every crew member to receive. You are responsible for your account and activity performed through it.
The service
We may change, interrupt, or discontinue parts of Tap & Talk. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Apple licence terms
Apple’sStandard EULA applies to the licence for the iOS app unless a custom EULA applies. These Terms additionally govern your Tap & Talk account, content, conduct, and use of the service.
Changes and contact
